The Uniblock P40 is the smart way to attach panels of any material including metal, wood, plastic or mesh to 40-series aluminium profiles.
Simply insert it into the slot, rotate 90°, and the block locks firmly in place.
The integrated M6 metal thread insert allows direct and secure fastening of panels and covers.

Note on screw selection
The installation depth from the head of the Uniblock to the end of the integrated M6 nut is approx. 12 mm.
The selected M6 screw length should therefore be the material thickness plus approx. 12 mm.
Example:
In our product image, an M6×16 screw is used, as the thickness of the installed acrylic panel is approx. 2.3 mm.
